Return Policy

It is a great honor to collaborate with you to ensure your art experience is exceptional and that you are delighted with your new artwork! In the unfortunate event of any shipping damage to the artwork, kindly contact me promptly with photos so that I can begin an insurance claim. You have the option to choose a replacement piece or receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you are dissatisfied with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. Please package the painting exactly as it was upon arrival, using the original packaging if possible. I will provide you with my mailing address for the return, and the return shipping costs, like all shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the painting in its original condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or assist you in selecting a new piece of equal or lesser value.

To visualize how a painting might complement your space, feel free to send me a straight-on photo of the area along with wall measurements. I will digitally place the painting in the photo using Photoshop so you can see how it would look. It is advisable to measure your wall space before purchasing a large painting to ensure a perfect fit.

Please note that custom commissions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of commissioned pieces are considered final as you are involved in the decision-making process during its development.
